They undertake quantitative analysis of the company’s sales practices, operational reports, etc. with the objective of achieving sales tactical or long-term goals.RESPONSIBILITES Develop repeatable and scalable reporting and analysis for the Sales department, including executive reporting of sales results, key sales metrics and KPIs, and ad hoc sales reporting needs. Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales executives and sales managers have access to key data required to successfully manage the business. Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the distribution of sales reports. Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Responsible for accurate processing of commissions Implement individual Sales Plans, coordinating with the Sales team and leadership Perform market research and competitive analysis
