Kelly & Associates Insurance Group via our Wilmington, Delaware office is seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills to help grow and retain the Kelly Benefits Strategies (KBS) client base by supporting the Regional Vice President and Consulting/Account Management team. This role compels you to create opportunities for new business development through expanding and leveraging personal and professional network, while ensuring the ongoing strategy, delivery and management of the client’s unique benefit needs while acting as an ambassador to help grow KBS.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
