Operates, maintains and repairs all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment including but not limited to the central cooling/heating plant with chillers, hot water boilers, air distribution and control, water chemistry and treatment, refrigeration and dx systems, and emergency power generation equipment,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

•     Will review and verify work requests daily for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performing the work required and will turn in completed work orders upon completion of tasks assigned that day. 
•     Will operate and monitor BAS system and carry out adjustments to maximize efficiency and interior comfort.
•     Will perform maintenance and repairs to all chillers, boilers, cooling towers, air handlers, dx units, fan coils, vav's, heat exchangers and pumps.
•     Oversees the execution of preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment or systems by contractors.
•     Will follow all regulations pertaining to the handling of refrigerants disposal and recovery and to enter all transactions in appropriate documentation. 
•     Safety- Will observe all safety and security procedures determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
•     Dependability- Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
•     Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
