Transports the baggage of hotel guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Assists with group check ins/check outs. Ensures guests receive superior service.
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Transports hotel guests' baggage in a prompt and courteous manner.
Greets and converses with guests. Provides needed assistance with baggage upon arrival in Valet area.
Carefully removes baggage from car, truck, or bus and transports to room after guest has checked in.
Picks up luggage upon departure and transports to appropriate area.
Maintains accurate records of all baggage stored in the storage area.

Specialized Work Experience
Must be able to lift and carry upwards of 100 pounds. Ability to lift, bend, walk, reach over head, as well as walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to tolerate temperature extremes while working from inside and outside of the hotel.
