Job Functions:
Responsible for providing memorable beverage experience to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.’
Experience assessing and deescalate guest issues and intoxicated guest.
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and product knowledge.
Provides/mixes/prepares drinks to the expectations of guest service and established recipes
Maintains temporary bank during entire shift, and responsible for beginning funds, and funds collected throughout shift
Expected to accurately and immediately ring in food/drink orders
Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of beverage outlets and stations including moving furniture to prepare the space for guests
Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, accepting payment and giving change when necessary.
Maintains a clean station at all times
Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Knows the menu items, specials, and prices.
Ensures thorough communication between shifts.
Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.
Performs all other duties specified or assigned.
Job Requirements:
Two (2) or more years bartending experience, preferably in gaming/hospitality environment
Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails.
Must have money-handling experience and basic math skills.
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed
Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training; must adhere to cut-off procedures
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and maintain all licensing requirements
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
