Your Role as Associate Director of Clinical Services
As an Associate Director of Clinical Services (ADOCS) with 360 Behavioral Health, you use and build upon the expertise you’ve developed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your contributions are essential as you assist the Director of Clinical Services (DOCS) for your site and support the Director in the performance of his / her duties.
Working closely with your Director of Clinical Services and your Senior Director of Clinical Services , you provide direct case supervision and BCBA supervision; conduct functional behavior assessments; create, individualize, maintain, evaluate and supervise ABA programs; supervise, train, mentor and monitor assigned supervisors and BCBAs in training; and build best practices and support caseloads for your site. You also assist the DOCS to drive outreach and other initiatives with referral sources and the community at large to support new client referrals and growth for your location.
