Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Uses knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to ensure the department's practices are up-to-date and effective. Additionally, Behavioral Health Director establishes training programs and supports and supervises staff. Ensures all behavioral health operations comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. Requires an advanced degree in psychology or related field. Typically reports to top management. The Behavioral Health Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Behavioral Health Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Enrollment Director

    Salary range: $65,000 - 70,000 per year

We are seeking passionate people to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need.     Responsibilities

    • The Enrollment Director represents the program to parents/guardians, referents, prior treatment providers, etc. This position is highly interactive and serves as a critical link between these various entities. Ensures that the admission processes are completed within the designated time and all documentation is professionally presented.

    • The Enrollment Director may also provide direct services for group, individual and family therapy, and may be responsible for carrying a small clinical caseload in addition to their admissions responsibilities.

      • Learn and maintain Embark culture and program norms and live these standards consistently.
      • Meet treatment standards through implementation of required notes and MTP standard requirements.
      • Schedule intake assessments within 24 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
      • Complete all admissions within 72 hours of warm handoff from admissions support team.
      • 100% of clinical documentation is complete within 24 hours of sessions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills.
