Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. Job Description
· Work with a diverse population providing group, individual, and couples/family therapy
· Oversee a small team of dedicated professionals
· Participate in a larger agency treatment team that is dynamic and supportive
· Engage in community relations events and opportunities to build referrals and positive relationships
· Utilize an EHR to document services
· Master’s level licensure required (CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, AMFT, LMFT)
· DV training preferred, but not required
· Bilingual preferred, but not required
Compensation
Market competitive and negotiable. Pay will vary based on: licensure level, experience and relevant certifications held.
