We are seeking a Clinical Director for Behavioral Health for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will plan, organize, direct, define and coordinate clinical services necessary to meet legal, organizational, medical staff and regulatory agencies guidelines
• You will collaborate with the Program Director or Nursing Director or Department Director with individual audit functions of social work staff documentation and social work specific competencies, and will be responsible for program and group curriculum, group schedules and group education for all non-therapeutic group facilitation
• You will provide assessments, case management, education, group and individual therapy, and discharge planning
• You will assist with referral development and perform community and educational activities

What qualifications you will need:

• Master’s Degree or doctorate degree required

• 2-4 years experience in behavioral health, social services and/ or case management preferred and experience with psychiatric patients a plus

• REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role overseeing other clinical services or social workers

• REQUIRED: Active and in good standing Nevada license in one of the following: Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Clinical Psychology (PhD, PsyD), or Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC)

• CPI certification within 30 days of hire
