Director of Residential and Housing Services
Responsible for the management and oversight of all of Henderson’s licensed residential treatment facilities, shelters, housing programs, and homeless case management services. This position is directly responsible to the Chief Operating Officer. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be receptive to supervision and professional development. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Requires a Master's degree in social work, counseling, healthcare administration, business administration, public policy or a related field. At least 5-years progressive experience in supervising the delivery of mental health and/or substance abuse treatment services and 2 years of supervisory experience.
