Responsibilities:
Foundations Behavioral Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to develop, implement, and oversee the clinical programming and therapeutic treatments in our inpatient psychiatric hospital and residential treatment programs.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Clinical Services:

Develops strategic organizational plans;
- Assists in developing annual budget and manages resources
-
Provides direct supervision to the Director of Social Work for Inpatient, the RTF Clinical Manager, and the Clinical Program Manager including the expressive arts therapy department.
- Additionally, the Director of Clinical Services is responsible for building partnerships with area universities to implement and oversee clinical internships.
The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of five years of progressive management positions in a healthcare field, to include the successful implementation of treatment programs that positively impact patient outcomes.
- Clinical experience with children and adolescents is required, including experience working with individuals who have neurodiversities such as Autism.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and professional license in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or a doctoral degree in psychology with a professional license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge of best practices for the treatment of children with mental illness, autism, and intellectual disabilities is a must, as well as familiarity with child-serving social service and mental health treatment systems.

Prior experience should include supervision, training, and professional development of personnel; assuring regulatory compliance; program development and implementation

Development and implementation of policies and procedures

Successful collaboration with other professionals including nursing, psychiatry and subspecialities.
