The Behavioral Health Office Supervisor is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the behavioral health practice. They manage administrative staff, coordinate office activities, and support the clinical team in providing high-quality care. The Supervisor is essential for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the administrative side of a behavioral health practice. They contribute to the overall success of the practice  by managing resources, maintaining compliance, and supporting the mission of the organization.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Requires knowledge of medical terminology and advanced billing and coding principles.
• Requires experience in an office supervisory position. Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent years of experience.
