Pay: $34.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid in North Dakota, preferred candidate will live in Rolla, Williston, or Watford City but open to other areas.
Work schedule: Full time, both work and travel schedule is flexible!

Work with a purpose! In the Behavioral Health Group Facilitator position with Management & Training Corporation, you will provide cognitive-behavioral group interventions to clients across the State of North Dakota. You will facilitate outpatient, cognitive-behavioral group programs for clients with a variety of presenting problems as well as plan, coordinate and implement group counseling and skill-building activities.
Essential functions:
Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred. Related fields may include psychology, addiction counseling, social work, or human services. Licensure as a social worker by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners is preferred, but employer will consider those who do not possess a social work or other behavioral health license. Valid driver’s license in the state of North Dakota with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management. Travel required.
