Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid LBA/LABA via WA DOH. Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
