Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. · The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.
Qualifications:
· Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
· Certified by the National Board for Certification.
· Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
