Functional Behavior Services (FBS), a locally owned behavioral and mental health private practice, seeks a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst to join their team in Marquette, Michigan. You can reside in Marquette, or another Upper Peninsula county, as long as traveling to Houghton and Ironwood on a weekly basis is possible.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $19.50 – 26.75 per hour starting pay based upon credentials.
• Flexible schedule. This can be full-time or part-time. Our preference is full-time, however, you can start at part-time and work up to full-time.

• Down-time during the holidays. We are closed for all major holidays, offer a long weekend for the 4th of July, and closed the week of Christmas through New Years to allow our staff adequate time to enjoy a break.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Conduct developmental/diagnosis evaluations. Training provided as needed.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavioral Treatment Plans based on applied behavior analysis principles and professional standards.
• Train, implement, and monitor behavior support plans, including direct observation, staff supervision/consultation, and plan training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, or other direct implementers of a program you develop.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Attend staff meetings, required trainings, and relevant meetings related to caseload and position.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Must be a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA, BCaBA/LBA).
• Maintain QMRP, QMP and CMHP credentials for those with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• CPR and First Aide certification required.
• Ability to complete physical intervention training as outlined by FBS and any contract agencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation is required.
• Willingness to travel to the Houghton and Ironwood areas on a weekly basis with overnights as needed. Travel time, mileage, hotel, and expenses are covered by FBS.
• Individual can reside in Marquette, or another Upper Peninsula county, as long as traveling to Houghton and Ironwood weekly is possible.
• Availability during nontraditional office hours (mornings, evenings, weekends) dependent upon the needs of the clients. Flexibility in hours of work and work locations is a requirement in this position.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire background check.
