Behavior Analyst conducts psychological/behavioral assessments for assigned patients. Designs, implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans. Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We are currently seeking an ethical, hardworking, and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join our team. Behavior Assist is a small group practice specializing in ABA services for young children on the Autism Spectrum. This position involves completing comprehensive assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring their successful and consistent implementation. The collaborative nature of our practice means you'll work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate independence, functional communication, and other socially significant behaviors.
