Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
