Behavior Analyst jobs in Burlington, VT

Behavior Analyst conducts psychological/behavioral assessments for assigned patients. Designs, implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans. Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation and management of behavior programs. Requires a master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field. Additionally, Behavior Analyst may require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Behavior Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide education and support to the social/emotional support team, teachers, classroom staff, parents and other caregivers around behavioral strategies Conduct functional behavioral assessments Produce individual behavior plans, as well as, training for those implementing the plan Observe in classrooms and provide feedback/strategies to educational staff Be a team member to all SU school buildings in support to social/emotional needs
