Nashawtuc Country Club is looking for part time and full time Bartenders to join us for our 2024 season. We offer a hospitable, professional style of dining to a limited membership. Our dining facility boasts an elevated dinner menu, 200 wines by the bottle and a craft cocktail program. Previous bartending experience and high quality customer service skills are expected. We offer elevated hourly rates, benefits for full time employees, and flexible scheduling with day, night, and weekend shifts available. In addition to regular dining hours we also operate a busy events calendar with available cross training and shifts on the banquet side.
Candidates should be comfortable operating behind the bar and in a very visible guest-facing environment. Additionally, candidates should be able to work on their feet, be able to lift up to 40lbs, and anticipate needs while engaging hospitably with guests.
