Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to see, hear, reach, use fingers to handle and feel, and stand and walk for long periods of time

• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.

• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSA’s):

• Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time.

• Time management skills, keen sense of urgency

• Good people skills, ability to be a role model to peers

• Intermediate knowledge of coffee

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations

• Ability to effectively communicate with bar team, kitchen, and dining room staff

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Thorough knowledge of house standards

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiar with cash control
