Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee in Charlotte, NC is looking for a barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate is positive, reliable and loves coffee!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs and company recipes *Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Prepare small food items, pastries, and alcoholic beverages *Provide excellent service to our community, being inviting and welcoming to all

Qualifications

*Working experience as a barista preferred but not required *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Multi-tasking abilities *Good oral communication skills *Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment *Time Management *Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
