Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in various aspects of coffee preparation and service.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations

Pay: $16.69 - $20.10 per hour
