We’re on the lookout for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to help us launch our store and create memorable experiences for our customers. A barista’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the careful crafting of our beverages, preparation of ingredients, providing great customer service, and solid communication skills to work cohesively with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create beverages to a consistent and high standard.
• Prepare various ingredients and toppings.
• Learn and understand back house procedures
• Utilize a POS system and provide quality customer service.
• Communicate and work effectively within a team environment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Follow relevant food and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Have a passion for tea and a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
