Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Offer expert advice on hair care and styling techniques
- Perform traditional barber services such as straight razor shaves and beard trims
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in men's grooming and hairstyling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Promote retail sales of hair care products and grooming accessories
- Mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on technical skills development

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair cutting techniques, including fades, tapers, and layering
- Strong knowledge of men's grooming products and their application
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
