    Key Responsibilities:

    • Grooming Services: Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and other grooming services based on client preferences and industry trends.
    • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the grooming and beauty industry to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
    • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to industry standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base through excellent service and professionalism.
    • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow barbers/cosmetologists and support staff to create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere within the salon/barber shop.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Barber or Cosmetology license in Maine.
    • Some amount of experience as a Barber or Cosmetologist.
    • Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring.
