The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant during operation hours, ensuring the continuity of service by keeping the front and back of the house clean and welcoming to enrich the customer experience. Ensures a clean and workable dining and kitchen area at all times by pre-bussing and washing dishes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. The ability to read English and understand either written or verbal instructions. Prior restaurant experience helpful.
