Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
· The setting up and removal of various banquet room sets
· The setting up and removal of stationary buffets
· Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables
· Assembling Dance Floors
· Making changes to room sets on short notice
· Setting up staging
· Working in a safe manner
· Meeting with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Communicating through a two-way radio
· Placing equipment in the proper storage areas
· Maintenance of equipment
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
· Day shift and night shift- Shift time and days off varies depending on business
