Banquet Set-Up Supervisor - Casino jobs in Durham, NC

Duties:
- Set up banquet and event spaces according to the specifications provided
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed
- Ensure all areas are clean and presentable before guests arrive
- Assist with food preparation and service as required

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred
- Knowledge of catering and banquet operations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary techniques is desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
