Duties
- Coordinate and Run all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, golf outings and social gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions day of
- Manage banquet staff, including training, and scheduling, and execution
- Ensure proper setup of banquet rooms, including table arrangements, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
- Monitor event timelines and ensure seamless execution of all activities
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Oversee food and beverage service during events to ensure high quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of banquet areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary and sales, to ensure smooth coordination of events, and daily sidework
- Oversee and coordinate Setup Department

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
