Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, set up and executing events.

- Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate communication of event details to all departments.

Qualifications:
- Previous minimum 2 years experience required in banquet management or related field preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in event planning and execution.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in Micros point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
