Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team. As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within our hotel, requiring strong management skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all banquet activities, including set-up, service, and breakdown
- Ensure smooth execution of events, from small meetings to large-scale banquets
- Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, coordinating with purchasing when necessary
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly
- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to finalize details and ensure all requirements are met
- Monitor banquet operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in team management within the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or banquet setting
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown procedures
- Familiarity with catering and bartending practices
- Excellent interviewing and hiring skills to build a competent banquet team
- Proficient in food handling and production techniques
- Solid understanding of restaurant management principles
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: $61,321.00 - $65,107.00 per year
