POSITION TITLE: Banquet Chef
REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages all aspects of the Banquet food preparation operations, including keeping food costs in line with the Executive Chef’s standards, managing and ensuring quality food product through managing the kitchen staff. Will work closely with the Executive Chef and cover all assigned duties when the Executive Chef is not present. This position requires an experienced Banquet Chef and kitchen leader with proven ability to supervise the production of upscale food at high volume levels.
