Bella Rose Estate in Chandler, AZ is looking for one banquet chef to join our fast past high volume wedding venue & family business. We are located on 1380 S Price Road Chandler, AZ. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, creative in culinary arts & reliable.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute culinary offerings for weddings and events hosted at Bella Rose Estate.
2. Develop menus that align with the venue's aesthetic and client preferences.
3. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, maintaining the venue's standards of excellence.
4. Collaborate with clients to customize menus based on dietary restrictions, preferences, and event themes.
5. Expertise in utilizing the Rational Combi Oven iCombi Pro for efficient and precise cooking.
6. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to maintain a cohesive and skilled team.
7. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and control costs to meet budgetary requirements.
8. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
9. Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into menu development.
10. Work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure seamless execution of culinary aspects during events.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end wedding and event venue.
2. Proficiency in using the Rational Combi Oven iCombi Pro for cooking applications.
3. Culinary degree or relevant certifications.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
5. Creative flair for menu development and presentation.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
