General: Must be age 18 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
Education: Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
Experience: Food service and banquet experience, with knowledge of the sequence of service and banquet room procedures, preferred. Must demonstrate acceptable guest service skills and be able to perceive each guest’s needs and wants to ensure a positive experience.
Physical: Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and can lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
