Banquet Servers will participate throughout the event to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include room set-up to include linen, service-ware and
glassware. Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Serve the food/beverage with excellent guest service throughout the event. Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course meal, re-mark flatware, pour wine or other beverages, maintain table service. Complete clean up as assigned after conclusion of event.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Must be able to thrive independently as well as in a team environment. 
• Previous experience in customer service. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
