We're hiring a Banquet Captain to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you'll:

• Assist the Banquet Manager with the overall supervision of banquet and event service staff while ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service for all guests at event and banquet functions.
• Assist with proper and efficient management of the Banquet Department.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Supervise and assist with event and meeting set up and tear down.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Two years experience in full service banquet operations and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
