- Oversee banquet events from setup to breakdown, ensuring seamless execution
- Manage and lead banquet staff, providing guidance and support throughout events
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Maintain high standards of quality control for food presentation and service
- Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to review event details and expectations
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during events

Experience:
- Previous experience in banquet, catering, or hotel operations
- Strong background in bartending, food handling, and food production
- Excellent interviewing and team management skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices is a plus
