Bankruptcy Specialist jobs in New Britain, CT
Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for the documentation and filing of loan bankruptcy materials with the appropriate attorneys. Ensures full compliance with loan bankruptcy regulations. Being a Bankruptcy Specialist monitors accounts throughout the loan bankruptcy process and contacts appropriate party when necessary. Verifies the bankruptcy is secured and acquires a copy of the proposed Chapter 13 Plan on all secured accounts. Additionally, Bankruptcy Specialist captures Chapter 7 reaffirmation agreements to management for approval. Distributes account balances and interest rates to the secured and unsecured balances. Stays current with changing state specific bankruptcy laws. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Bankruptcy Specialist works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Bankruptcy Specialist typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Employment: Full-time, 32 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- FridayPosition Summary: As an LPN with Women’s Health CT, you will deliver the highest quality patient care.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Triage patient phone calls.
- Administer prescribed patient’s medication, treatments and therapies according to physician’s orders.
- Coordinate care plans.
- Support the Provider team, as needed
- Maintain a clear communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team.
- Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Skills/qualifications:
- Current state issued LPN license.
- 2-3years of Women's Health- Ob/Gyn experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 1-2 years of Triage or Tele-health experience.
- Out-patient, ER/Urgent Care environment, is preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
- Goal oriented and a team player.
- Patient and Customer service focused.
