Banking Operations Director jobs in Illinois

The Director Financial Systems & Banking will lead projects or provide project support for projects related to cash collection and disbursements and other corporate projects related to banking. This requires having the technical knowledge necessary to implement the most efficient and cost-effective processes.

• Serve as primary contact with the external vendors involved in the project.
• Responsible for redefining cross-divisional processes and responsible for training to improve adoption of changes.
• Serve as corporate liaison between business leaders and technology leaders to set priority and set development plans.
• Manage project resources through effective use of team orientation to meet deadlines.
• Recommend changes as needed to reduce expenses and assist in negotiations with the banks to achieve efficient pricing.
• Assist with the administration of user access to various external systems utilized within the banking and investments department.
• Provides strategic direction of all related corporate banking functions.

 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years banking, investment accounting or related experience.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation preferred.
