Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems that impact human work factors. Coordinate activity including invoicing, shipment tracing, which may impact human well-being in its relation to working conditions in an advanced technological environment. Possess strong understanding of critical environment inventory and IT hardware inventory. Improve workspaces to ensure an exceptional employee experience. Provide direction and programmatic coordination of 24/7 logistics operational activities/initiatives. Partner with external teams like General Contactors/Suppliers to get an understanding of warranty, reverse logistics, decommissioning and to build inventory management areas that are currently not developed. Partner with internal cross-functional teams within a large organization to build alignment towards strategic efforts. Prioritize and plan efforts to ensure resources are properly utilized and balanced while still completing the necessary asset management/ inventory support needed. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience analyzing and coordinating activities for supplier, data center, and logistics operations.
ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience analyzing and coordinating activities for supplier, data center, and logistics operations.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires: three (3) years of experience in Datacenter Operations, Inventory Management, and Inbound/Outbound Logistics; two (2) years of experience in End-to-end project delivery; one (1) year of experience in Procurement; and education or experience in Warranty Process Management, and Supplier Management.

The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSKBZ17302), in Leesburg, VA, is $122,115 to $152,115.
