Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. jobs in Pennsylvania

OVERVIEW:

The position is responsible for entering, processing and maintaining loans.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Reconciling and paying monthly bills to insurance companies; 
• Verifying the accuracy of new loan data; 
• Reviewing loan files and obtaining the required documentation; 
• Scanning, re-indexing, and preparing files for scanning; 
• Reviewing daily loan reports and performing maintenance as needed; and
• Assisting with special projects and other various administrative duties as required..  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• A high school diploma or GED;
• At least one year's experience in a financial/accounting related position;
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and problem solving skills; and
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related position.
