FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Vice President, Commercial Lending Manager, the Construction Loan Administrator will administer commercial construction and land development loans. This position will monitor the progress of construction loans held in portfolio, working with third-party construction inspection firms to ensure these projects are completed on time and within approved budgets, and will provide tracking reports to lenders and manager on all projects.
