Position Overview:
Lead a team of amazing, trained and seasoned bakers! We offer all of the benefits, including a generous vacation package! As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery within our establishment. You will ensure the efficient production of high-quality baked goods, manage inventory, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and organized bakery and workspace. This person will work closely with the owner, GM, EPC, and Pastry Chef. The Bakery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through exceptional product quality and service. This bakery is a little different, as we bake for our coffee shop, 17 Hands Coffee. We also bake for the bakery, including custom cake orders, whole quiche, breads, pies, biscuits, and more. We are in the process of expanding our bakery menu, hoping to soon add yeast rolls, eclairs, cream puffs, various pastries, and so much more!

Our bakery is staffed with a seasoned, trained, and super talented team. We are looking for a natural born leader, who can work with all of our personalities and talents, to take our bakery to the next level. This position will require an experienced and proven Bakery Manager who thrives on challenges. The schedule for this position will change, as needs arise. Some of our bakers arrive at 3 AM, and some at 10 AM. This means the Bakery Manager will be needed some days at 3 AM, and some days 6 AM or later. The bakery is open to the public from 8 AM - 4 PM (currently). Weekly hours will typically be 40, as we discourage OT.
