```Duties:```
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise bakery staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor product quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of bakery operations, including baking techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
