**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing sales growth in the Wholesale Bakery division where fresh deliveries daily to the clients

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth

- Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and follow up on prospects

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in account management, technology sales, or related field

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets

- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

- Proficiency in business development strategies

- Familiarity with technical sales processes and terminology

- Prior wholesale bakery experience is a must

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
