Job Summary: Back to Health Chiropractic is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to support the efficient operations of our chiropractic clinic. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the front office and back office, including administrative tasks, patient support, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. The main goal is to have an Amazing Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Support: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Must know and greet every patient by first name.
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documents. Mange the patient from walking into the practice, through the front office check in, managing back office pre-adjustment therapies, assisting the doctor with patient needs, and making sure when the patient leaves they are rescheduled for their next appointment. You will be handling patient finances and treatment schedules.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.-
Communication: Answer phone calls and patient communication applications, emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Relay messages to chiropractors and other team members as required.Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring their needs are met.
Office Organization: Keep the back office area clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and staff.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Assist in the maintenance and updating of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting is a plus, but willing to train the right person with impeccable skills of being detailed oriented, extremely positive and upbeat personality and has people skills with ability to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Proficiency in Google email, drive, doc, sheets: basically the google suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Knowledge of insurance billing procedures is a plus.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position.

Regular office hours, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

The role may require occasional weekend work.

Start 15 minutes early

Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to help patients on and off of treatment tables when needed.
- Must be able to perform x-ray duties.
