• 
  Patient Support: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Must know and greet every patient by first name.

• 
  Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communication: Answer phone calls and patient communication applications, emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.

• 
  Office Organization: Keep the back office area clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office setting is a plus, but willing to train the right person with impeccable skills of being detailed oriented, extremely positive and upbeat personality and has people skills with ability to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Google email, drive, doc, sheets: basically the google suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Knowledge of insurance billing procedures is a plus.

• This is a full-time position.
• Regular office hours, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs.
• The role may require occasional weekend work.
• Start 15 minutes early
• Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to help patients on and off of treatment tables when needed.
• Must be able to perform x-ray duties.
