Job Summary:
The Back Porch Day Spa is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our spa.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
- Stock supplies and amenities in designated areas
- Ensure towels, robes, and other spa essentials are readily available for guests
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of spa services, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and schedule appointments accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the spa

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the spa
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with guests
- Familiarity with electronics sales for efficient operation of cash register systems
- Proficient in cash handling procedures to accurately process transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations during cash handling processes

Shifts include EVERY:

Tuesday 9-3pm

Thursday 3-8pm

Saturday 9-3pm

Pay Range:

$13-14/hr

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
