Aviation Manager manages overall aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards. Develops plans and schedules skill development and training sessions for pilots, crews, and operators. A successful candidate is motivated to run a general aviation shop with a mixed-experience maintenance team with the ability to grow the department. It is key for the manager to have excellent communication skills to work with customers and motivate staff to ensure efficiency and profitability.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Federal Aviation Administration Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic license and IA required
Working experience in Aviation Management or related field
Minimum five (5) years working in general aviation
Minimum three (3) years proven management experience which includes direct supervision
Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident
Absence of history of violations of Federal Aviation Administration regulations
