Situated in Joby’s Academy, the Manufacturing Training Manager will partner closely with manufacturing leadership to train the future of high tech aerospace manufacturing talent. This leadership role will be responsible for standardizing, documenting, and supporting training activities across multiple manufacturing shops, ensuring consistent and efficient training processes.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $92,600 - $150,700/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
